If you need to request a return, please email us at sandy@pnbsandy.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the mailing address.

Return Guidelines:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We do not provide return labels
  • Returns must be sent within the approved timeframe

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
